Dami, Dami Desk and the Dami Desk browser extension. Last updated October 18, 2026.
Dami is a day planner. It keeps what you plan so it works on your phone and computer, and it never sells your information or shows ads.
What Dami keeps
- Your account: your name and email, to sign you in.
- What you plan: moves, events, habits, Bands, dockets, notes, and the apps, links and files you add to them.
- People: contacts and groups you add, and what you choose to share with them.
- Your business page, if you make one: its details and bookings people make with you.
- Your profile picture, if you add one. It is visible to people who can see your profile.
This is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, and only you (and people you choose to share with) can see it.
Services Dami uses
- Google AI (Gemini): when you use Brain dump or talk to Dami, the words you type or say are sent to Google's AI to understand them. They are not used to identify you.
- Google Calendar and Google Meet, only if you connect them, to show your calendar and make meeting links.
- Email (Resend), to send booking confirmations to the people involved.
Dami Desk and the browser extension
Dami Desk runs on your computer. When you tap something in Dami on your phone, it opens that app, file or link on your computer, or brings it to the front. It connects only to your own Dami account, through a private channel set up when you pair it with a code.
The Dami Desk browser extension looks at the addresses of your open tabs only to find the one you asked for, and only on your computer. It talks only to Dami Desk on the same computer. Nothing about your tabs or browsing is sent anywhere or kept.
